Our Program Managers do more than drive our projects through to completion. They keep all things in balance—aligning budgets, juggling schedules and technical resources, coordinating people, systems and processes—while ensuring the technical content meets the customer's needs. They also act as the program liaison with both management and the customer. It takes someone with a unique perspective and a broad business background to run this show.
You'll work in an environment more dynamic and stimulating than any other you've experienced. You'll coordinate with Chief Engineers and Process Engineers to outline the scope of work and help bring the program's technical content together...with Financial Analysts and Contract Administrators on budget-based timelines and production schedules...and with Engineers and Operations Specialists—the best in the field—to coordinate hardware deliverables.
