Shielder
ATK manufactures the Shielder anti-tank barrier system for the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense. Shielder is a vehicle-launched system deployed on a modified Alvis Stormer armored troop carrier. It is capable of rapidly deploying a suite of barrier munitions to profide battlefield perimeter defense against enemy tanks and armored vehicles.
Shielder is the United Kingdom version of the Vehicle Launched Scatterable Antitank System (VLSAS), which is fielded with the U.S. Army.
