Project Risk Management and eXchange (PRIMX)

PRIMX is a Web-based Risk Management Software Solution. PRIMX facilitates a project team to conduct Continuous Risk Management throughout a project's life cycle. Risk Management Team
The Risk Management Team is involved in the development, implementation, and maintenance of NASA and NOAA risk management programs. Support activities include development of risk management plan, risk management training, risk identification and analysis, risk mitigation and tracking, PRIMX risk management tool implementation, sustaining risk management support, and reliability analysis. When supporting these activities and implementing the PRIMX tool, we can adapt standards that closely reflect your business nature such as NPR 7120.5B, NASA Project and Project Management Processes and Requirements document, Revision A, dated April 3, 1998; NPR 8000.4, NASA Risk Management Procedures and Guidelines; Department of Defense (DoD) Regulation 5000.2-R, latest revision; and Defense Acquisition Deskbook (Section 2.5.2).

PRIMX Implementation Activities
PRIMX is developed under a NASA contract. It combines risk identification, analysis, planning, tracking, control, and communication into a single, comprehensive environment that meets NPR 7120.5B and NPR 8000.4 requirements. PRIMX is currently implemented on various size projects ranging from multi-billion dollar programs to smaller projects with limited resources. PRIMX is highly customizable and adaptive to Enterprise portals. The team has successfully integrated PRIMX into portals utilizing a single sign-on approach to minimize password-related issues.
