Because our success is highly dependent upon the efforts and contributions of our suppliers, we expect our suppliers to help us provide our customers with the highest quality products at the best value. We are committed to conducting business in an ethical manner. We expect all employees to fully comply with the 12 standards embodied in our Business Ethics Code of Conduct, which provides a framework for everything we do. We also strive to develop partnerships with suppliers that agree to adhere to the elements of our code of conduct that support our employees' efforts.
Our objectives are to nurture our relationships with our current suppliers, while actively responding to the socioeconomic needs of our communities through supplier diversity. It is ATK's policy to actively pursue opportunities to assist diversity companies in becoming qualified and valued ATK suppliers.
