As the exclusive manufacturer of Modular Artillery Charge System (MACS) propellant, ATK is taking artillery technology into the next generation of battlefield performance. Designed specifically for the Crusader, MACS works with all 155mm cannons.
Modified M1MP (PAP 7993) is a single-base formulation used for low-zone accuracy in the XM231 module. M30A2, used in the XM232 high-zone charge, delivers high pressure at low-flame temperature to ensure long-range projectile deployment for distances exceeding 40 kilometers. |
