Verification Science Lab
The mission of ATK’s Verification Science Lab (VSL) is to develop, implement, and execute verification technology in the fields of composites and stable structures. Verification capabilities include metrology, instrumentation, software development, thermal control, and nondestructive testing.
ATK has the expertise and experience to design, construct, and verify performance of thermally and mechanically stable structures for a variety of optical, space, and aerospace applications. ATK also accepts coupon and structure level verification testing (CTE, CME, distortion, etc.) for independent assessment of all manufacturer’s materials and assemblies.
