a. Personal Information Collected. When we e-mail information to you, we will provide prominently displayed instructions that show you how to unsubscribe from receiving such information. Please include the child's name and the parent's e-mail address in the e-mail so that ATK can better assist you with your inquiry or request. c. Cookies and Tracers. ATK may collect information about you and your use of our Site whenever you visit this Site. 7. USER CHOICE REGARDING COLLECTION, USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may choose not to provide ATK with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use this Site. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us, you may select the appropriate "opt-out" option each time we ask you for Personal Information, upon receipt of e-mail correspondence from ATK, or by going to the Investor Email alert or The Federal Premium e-Newsletter web pages and requesting the opt-out option.

If you have provided your Personal Information and your Personal Information changes (such as address or telephone), you can access and update any Personal Information that you provided to us for investor Email alerts, The Federal Premium e-Newsletter, and job opening submissions. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
